Wine Traders' Support and General FAQ


Placing an Order

At USA Wine Traders, you can order wine, spirits, beer and more on our website. For your convenience, when ordering, you can choose in-store pickup, curbside pickup or delivery (select locations apply). In order to do so, you must first create an account with us. Although we currently are not shipping out of New Jersey, please be sure to check back with us in the future as we will be offering shipping.


Finding Items and Your Shopping Cart

Anywhere on our website, you could use the search box at the top right of every page to search the name or category of the product you are searching for. When you wish to add an item, simply click on the red cart simple and the product will be added to your cart. 


Product Availability

Subject to current inventory and store, product availability may vary. If you are searching for a product that one of our store's does not carry, simply email us at info@usawinetradersclub.com and one of our team members will get back to you. 


Pricing Difference 

Please note that the prices of various products may be priced differently at each store.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.


Order Cancellation and Refunds
If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly at the number listed above. Please note that cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
